Arrival by train
The route as far as Chur is operated by the SBB (Swiss national railway). From
Chur onwards, the modern express trains of the RhB (Rhaetian railway) take you
through twisting tunnels and over dizzily-high viaducts. The 400 Km (250-mile)
trip from Zürich to St.Moritz takes ca. 3-1/2 hours.

Arrival by airplane
The Upper Engadine regional airport in Samedan, ca. 5 Km (3 miles) from
St.Moritz, is situated at 1707 M.u.M. (5,600 ft. a.s.l.) and is thus Europe's
highest airport. There are good flight connections to the international
airports of Zürich, Geneva and Basel.
