The room was excellent and the location was right in the middle of the best of St. Moritz shopping. Picked up and delivered to the train station in a timely manner.

Experience
The Schweizerhof was overall a very nice experience. There was a couple of items that need to be worked on. The beds are like sleeping on stone, the pillows are flat. The hotel in gereral was very clean & hospitable. The major item thaqt was missing was an outdoor Hot Tub or Spa. By not having this item, we will most likely look at other hotels for future visits. Another thing we we not use to was how accurate the bars pour a drink. Not the way we are use to. Need to lighten up on how you pour a drink.
