Executive Chef Christian Ott

‘Light and market-fresh, with regional produce and international inspirations’, this is how Christian Ott describes his cookery style. From the coming winter season onwards, the Hotel Schweizerhof guests will have the pleasure of experiencing his creations, in which he displays a particular penchant for authentic Italian cucina. He started his career as a sous-chef with Lothar Molitor at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz, and was then responsible for the culinary offerings of different renowned Engadine establishments such as the Chesa Guardalej in Champfèr near St. Moritz, and the golf restaurant Sur En Zuoz. On an international level, too, he has been awarded honours, among others at the famous American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem as well as at the Villa d’Este in Cernobbio.
