St.Moritz Gourmet Festival

Good things are often copied but are never as good as the original! The Hotel Schweizerhof is one of the founding members of the first Gourmet Festival in Europe.

The 21st St. Moritz Gourmet Festival from 27th till 31st Januar 2014 will welcome agian famous Chef's from all over the world. At the Restaurant Acla we are proud to welcome the Gault Millau Chef from the Year 2012 Andree Köthe from Restaurant Essigbrätlein, Nürnberg.

As you will see for yourself, the food served at Essigbrätlein is aptly described as 'spice cuisine'. Herbs and spices are used skilfully and sparingly to enhance the consciously minimalist food prepared by Yves Ollech and Andree Köthe. This provides flavourful accents and makes their cuisine quite unmistakeable. A small restaurant with a pleasant, intimate feel.
