Good sleep is not only vital, but also a beautiful thing. Up here in the mountains, we are particularly aware of that fact. Therefore a few good tips to help you sleep better, not only on vacation. Good night and sweet dreams.
- The quieter the surroundings, the better you sleep.
- Turn off all electronic devices an hour before you go to sleep. Even your mobile phone.
- Exercise on a regular basis, but not late at night.
- Instead, enjoy the Sauna in the evening.
- Be mindful of the temperature. Between 16° and 18 °C (60° - 65°F) is the ideal temperature for the bedroom.
- Avoid heavy meals before bedtime.
