Saturday
The invitation. Aperitif with your hosts in the hotel lobby with Castle Salenegg sparkling wine «Les etincelles de Salenegg».

Sunday
The highlight. Led by Christian Ott our kitchen team will pamper your taste buds with an exquisite Gala Dîner or, alternatively, on 23.01. / 20.02. / 6.03. / 18.04.2013 with a lavish fish buffet.

Tuesday
The classic. A horse-drawn sleigh ride through the wintry St. Moritz forest is a staple ingredient of every Schweizerhof vacation (from 4 to maximum 16 persons).

The taste. Classic and traditional. New creations and old acquaintances. Refined and simply delicious. The Schweizerhof hors d’oeuvres buffet is the foodie’s favourite.

Wednesday
The convivial. An old-fashioned fondue evening at the Clavadatsch Alp Hut with aperitif under a canopy of stars, cheese fondue and traditional tunes to sing and dance to.

Thursday
The experience. Our kitchen chat is legendary – why not drop in between 5 and 6.30 pm and look over the chef’s and his team’s shoulders? Good food, good conversations and an  ideal opportunity to get foodie advice and a culinary tip or two from our executive chef.

Friday
The treat. For guests with a sweet tooth. Desserts galore à la Schweizerhof! Old favourites and new creations. Dreamy concoctions with chocolate, fruit and much more. Mmm… heavenly!
