Food Declaration
We serve exclusively food of the highest quality and guaranteed origin:


• Veal and beef: Switzerland

• Poultry: Switzerland and France

• Game: Austria and New Zealand

• Lamb: Switzerland and New Zealand

Meat and meat products from outside Switzerland may contain hormones,
antibiotics.



Cancellation of banquets and events

• No cancellation fee applies if you cancel the event 28 days prior the due date.

• 27 to 11 days prior to the event a cancellation fee of 30% food cost (without drinks) of the booked number of guests applies.

• 10 to 0 days before the event a cancellation fee of 100% food cost (without drinks) of the booked number of guests applies.

• We kindly ask that the actual number of participants for any event be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

Rates listed
All rates and charges are quoted in Swiss Francs and include service, VAT and all taxes.

Prices, rates and charges listed in Euros are only indicative. The exchange rate published daily by the Graubünden Cantonal Bank applies as conversion rate.

Account settlement
Cash is most welcome. On settlement of the entire hotel bill with cash, we even grant you a discount of 1%. Excluded are payments by bank transfer.
